Lucia Abouzeid

Lucia Abouzeid is Vice President Retirement Plan Consulting at Newport Capital Group. Lucia’s main responsibilities include preparing and scheduling all client-related activities, including meetings, producing client reports, meeting materials, including minutes and agendas and managing the team workflows and fiduciary vault for clients. She supports Plan Sponsors with compliance and fiduciary oversight and plan design while coordinating with their respective Service Providers. She is also instrumental in coordinating team efficiencies in areas such as retirement plan operations with Senior Management, Service Providers and Plan Sponsor clients.

Prior to joining Newport Capital Group, Lucia worked for the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy. Lucia is fluent in Italian having grown up in Florence, Italy.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and Art History from Marist University from the Florence, Italy campus.  She lives in Tinton Falls, New Jersey with her husband.
